On November 4th 2011, Anna Cucciardo granted permission on behalf of West Grand Boulevard to host recordings on the Live Music Archive:
Hello, I am writing to give some kind of permission for you to archive West Grand Boulevard's shows for public download and noncommercial, royalty-free circulation. This is not a formally worded declaration, but is is coming from Anna Cucciardo (founding band member and manager), someone that we feel has the "say-so." Just need to be clear on how we feel about the project - we fully support taping at all of our shows.
